Elanders was founded in 1908 in Gothenburg, Sweden, and is currently the leading Nordic infomedia company with 17 companies in five countries. The unique solutions we offer integrate high-end IT technology and expertise in graphics industry and make it possible for our customers to enjoy a complete value-added Infomedia service.
The production plant in Beijing was set up during 2005 and production started in January 2006. At present the number of employees is around 260. The plant is 8500m² and located in the Tianzhu Industrial Airport Zone, close to Beijing International Airport.
Elanders Beijing is a full service printing and infomedia company that can offer whole printing solutions- from translation, technical writing and publishing solutions, to printing and packaging, and even warehousing and distribution, including JIT deliveries.

2.日常行政管理
3.總監(jiān)日程安排
4.負(fù)責(zé)會(huì)議安排和會(huì)議紀(jì)要
5.各項(xiàng)預(yù)定工作，如酒店、機(jī)票等
6.其他有關(guān)的行政事務(wù)
任職要求：
1.本科以上學(xué)歷，英語(yǔ)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
2.英文流利，英語(yǔ)6級(jí)以上證書(shū)
3.具有良好的理解力、溝通能力和執(zhí)行能力
4.適應(yīng)并能夠在壓力環(huán)境下工作
5.3年以上英文行政助理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
6.熟練使用辦公軟件如WORD, EXCEL,PPT等
